Will I get deported?

Hi Accented family

Today I mailed my green card application form and now I can just hope that everything will go right.

I’m pretty sure it will, but anything can happen. So to live up to a positive mindset, I chip away at my daily routines and morning rituals. Being a foreigner is one thing, but having ADHD on top of that is even bigger.

I’m glad I joined the Six Figure Mentors, because they keep me on track and also my online mentor, Stuart Ross has really been someone knows what he’s talking about when it comes to being the best version of yourself.

I started on working my way to a transformed self by I learning as much as I could about how to learn things I wasn’t yet familiar with and use that to elevate my creative ideas. These small digestible digital online video tutorials were what I learned, because it was too overwhelming for my ADHD brain to study huge chunks of information.

So this was just one way of getting things done to help me understand what an impact knowledge can bring to a person in my situation.

I’m glad I live in an era where help is out there at my fingertips.

My First Tennis Match In 2018

Hi Accented family.

How stoked was I when I finally could play after two and a half months of waiting. It was good seeing everyone there. I wasn’t going to give it all I got on court, but every now and then I overdid it before pulling back. It was all good though.

Man, was I rusty. I had picked up a few pounds, but I wasn’t going to sit back and let my partner run around for all the balls. I was ready to give it all I got.

Before everyone starts to play, we usually get called to play in a certain level. I usually gets put in the highest competitive level. I was hoping they’d put me in the second highest level. Anyway, they put me with the highest level guys so I thought that this meant I had to play my best as always once again.

To make a long story short, I played my usual high level competitive self, but soon found out that it wouldn’t be helpful to do so as I got pummeled really good. I lost every match. I must admit I got frustrated, but I had to remind myself that I haven’t been playing for over two and a half months. They’ve been playing every week so it made sense everyone would be a step up.

When all was said and done, we all had a good laugh. I certainly had fun despite the fact that I threw my raquet a couple times out of frustration.

One thing’s for sure I love this game and before you know it, I’ll be back at my best again.

Playing tennis after 2 months of absenteeism. Phew!

Hi Accented Family.

Despite the fact that I am in the process of filing my green card renewal documents hoping I’d get the results in time, I’m happily focusing on what truly fulfills me….tennis among other exiting things. Tonight I’ll be playing my first tennis match of 2018 after a brutal shoulder injury incurred last year in December.

Oh, it was quite a tale having to wait in pain to play and also during December on my birthday waiting at night for a tow truck in the freezing cold, because my car engine failed. Looking back it seemed like I had nerves of steele, but then I have to remind myself that it is only because of this newfound focus in life where I implement morning routines and scheduling my favorite activities each day. It all seems so simple when you start your day right.

Tonight I get to go on that tennis courts and play to my heart’s content. I have picked up a little bit of weight. Maybe 4 pounds or so, but we men can work it off quite easily. Usually within the first week.

I’ll add some pictures of us playing tennis tonight.

Until next time bye for now

Goodbye Silver Lake, my hometown.

Hi Accented Family.

It seems like yesterday I moved into my apartment. I usually do not like to store a lot of stuff in my place, but I thought seeing that I was planning to live here for a while, I didn’t mind adding some furniture and odd things. I’ve lived here for approximately five months and it was definitely time to move on.

I needed to re-evaluate my current situation to determine where I’ll be in the near future. I’ve set some goals that I’ve accomplished and some I haven’t yet. So what I was thinking was to rethink those unaccomplished goals. Now that I’ve moved closer to my place of employment, pay less rent and restructered my daily routines, I should have a clearer plan.

To be honest, I was thinking of going back to living in my car to speed up the journey toward my goal, but as much as it’s tempting to do so, I have to stick to my plan. That’s why I’m grateful to have you, the reader to keep me accountable even if you don’t know you are doing it. I have my online mentor Stuart Ross to keep me accountable as well.!/

Feel free to follow me on my journey by clicking here.;                                                         You’ll get regular updates.

So with this being said I will say bye for now

Happy Martin Luther King day

Hi Accented Family.

It’s drawn to the middle of January and a lot has come and gone since the start of it. I have started writing my fourth book called “ADHD literally saved my life: How I stopped using medication.” I also had to buy another car because my old one was done. Now I’m in the process of transitioning to a different living space all within a timespan of less than four weeks.

Feel free to grab copies of my books on topic of adult ADHD here:
ADD/ADHD vs Society vs Me:

In spite of what’s happening in the media and elsewhere, my eye remains steadfast and focused on my goal which is to enjoy the process of perpetual positivity and touching people’s lives along the way. Believe it or not, two years ago I was solely focusing on getting up every morning to face the pressures of the day. Today I can confidently say I for the most part enjoy and welcome pressures that should come my way, because it’s not someone else or something else that make us feel a certain way. It’s ourselves and what we occupy our minds with. I can’t blame my circumstances for where I am today. I chose to hold on to what I occupied my mind with, hence the location and circumstances I find myself in.

Being aware of that has taught me so much about my habits, thought processes and lifestyle. Having ADHD in this day and age can be very helpful, especially if you’ve recognised it. Daily routines and schedules need to be fulfilled in other to have an advantageous outcome in life. I have it and will use it to the best of my ability.

I have also found myself an online mentor, Stuart Ross who has helped me with the steps to financial freedom. Check him out.

More Car Trouble. Good!

Hi Accented Family.

Can you believe it. Another car issue. Well, the best thing to do was to just fix it, right?

Ok, so last Sunday while driving to my tennis meetup group, I noticed my car overheating again. I couldn’t understand as I had just replaced my radiator by myself. So I figured I must have missed something while doing that.

Turned out I did overlook the tightening up of one of the coolant pipes which explained the overheating. Coolant spilled everywhere, but I couldn’t care less whether someone was going to help or not. (Thanks to my morning rituals that sets the tone for the day). I got to work and fitted the pipe back on, threw some more coolant in and I thought would’ve been the end of my situation….nope! As I’m driving to my tennis group which luckily was one block away, it started rapidly overheating again. This time I was already one hour late for my match. I figured to park my car in a paid parking area, went to play what ever was left my time, came back out and yep you guessed it, I googled “radiator troubleshoot” and Ta-da! I find out I needed to bleed out the air that was stuck in the radiator.

I immediately went to a church that was next to where I had parked, asked for masking tape, because that is what was required to tape over the funnel to fit snugly tight over the opening of the radiator and did exactly what the youtube guy told me to do. The youth pastor who happened to be there offered to drive me to a gas station so I could buy some more coolant. We shared a lot in that short ride.

In about 20 minutes the air was bled out and my car was running like an Austin Martin that was drivin for the first time….well, not quite, but you get the picture. lol

The next day I made sure to go to my friend who had a toasty warm garage to help me ensure that the pipe wasn’t going to come loose ever again.

Till next time

Hasta luego.
